It is possible that Videl might have become a caped crusader named Saiyawoman and fought alongside Gohan as Great Saiyaman in the manga and they retired being superheroes after a while when they got married and chose to settle down and start a family together. Akira Toriyama might have intended to have Videl be a caped crusader just like Gohan was for a brief but chose to rush through the manga because he was burnt out at the time and Videl as Saiyawoman doesn't seem to contradict things at all.

What you said is possible, but I'd have to search and find out if Saiyawoman was an idea that Toriyama came up with and he told Toei to include her as a hero in the anime.
If that is the case, then Saiyawoman is part of the Main Continuity. If not, Saiyawoman is part of the "Grand Side-Story Continuity."
But so far, it seems Saiyawoman is not part of the Main Continuity. Saiyawoman has only been seen in DBZ filler & DBZ Movie 13, and she has not been mentioned or referenced in DBS. Yet. Toyotaro may mention Saiyawoman in the DBS manga continuity's Super Hero prequel story. If he does, then Saiyawoman is part of the DBS manga continuity & is unconfirmed if she is in the DBS anime continuity.

Some are ideas Toriyama told Toei to include in the anime adaptation (like Launch searching for Tien, Yamcha being a baseball player) but other things, Toriyama just designed at the request of Toei. Designing characters doesn't automatically mean they are part of the Main Continuity. Because Toriyama designed DBZ movie villains, GT characters, & video game characters too.
So, it would be interesting to know if Saiyawoman was indeed Toriyama's idea to include in anime filler OR if Toei asked Toriyama to design Saiyawoman for that filler episode and the upcoming DBZ Movie 13. Or Toei may have designed Saiyawoman themselves. Its unknown for now. And because it's unknown, I categorize Saiyawoman as not canon to the main continuity until I can prove otherwise.
