He definitely didn’t consider missing someone. He was going to be unattached to anything, to anyone but his family and brotherly kouhais. He wasn’t going to let a part of him be taken by someone who was leaving. So then what was he doing here, skipping his own class and standing by Class 1-2’s door, eavesdropping to Sakamoto’s farewell speech to his classmates?

As far as bodily contact goes, that French dinner was literally the closest they both got physically with anyone else, so anything less than full body contact from each other was just really, well, whatever.

The usually lax and chill Hayabusa-senpai getting surprised by Sakamoto in just one episode. (I especially like the first and last ones)

WAIT so sakamoto and hayabusa

so the latest episode has really gotten me so hyped about these two, moreso because it gave us a glimpse about the real life of our badass delinquent muffin hayabusa shou (plus, his given name was casually revealed too!) it’s so adorable how he’s got a whole other life back at home – being the reliable older brother, helping his dad do chores, scolding his lil bros – and all while still being kind of a bamf idk he’s too precious okay

the following is sort of a long post about some details regarding haya and saka in this episode that i just couldn’t get out of my head

also, lemme just add that his mom is so fucking gorgeous, bless her egg cells

makes you wonder just what kinds of skillz papa hayabusa has, like maybe a sexy no jutsu or bishounen no jutsu or good old great personality or whatever but damn he good, thank you for bringing shou to the world pops

so anyway, i went fucking crazy over these 10-15 minutes of storyline, and let me just express WHY and with more pictures

FIRST, the fact that hayabusa has so much respect for sakamoto – the first time they actually met, sakamoto made quite an entrance (totally COOL COOLER COOLEST) in the delinquents’ lair, and our cakeroll hayabusa didn’t even seem the least bit impressed or intimidated. BUT LOOK AT how he perceives sakamoto now: with RESPECTT

now fast forward to this fucking IMAGE.JPG:

so a lot of things registered on my mind:

they ate dinner for quite a while

that’s too long for not-really-close-friends to have even just nonsexual, platonic crotch-to-ass body contact

somehow sakamoto knows just where hayabusa’s mouth should be??!???!??? but then again, HE sakamoto

UUHHm SAKAMOTO ACTUALLY FEEDING HAYABUSA

also, how did they get from being strangers to temporary sumo rivals to sort-of-allies to casually sharing a fucking winter coat and dinner jacket

also during this time where are hayabusa’s hands located

this really reminds me of the time  ben affleck snuck matt damon into kimmel  ppfffuuuuuu

also, sakamoto’s hands on haya’s crotch guys, like if he wasn’t as smooth and cool as he is, his hands could’ve accidentally strayed somewhere that feels good

JUST WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK

can i just say, haya’s penchant for sweets is so endearing

okay, these facts really messed with my head:

how the fuck did no one take notice about the obvious excess of feet in a single coat

WHY DID THEY CONTINUE TO WALK IN THIS FASHION WHEN THEY COULD’VE SNUCK IN A PUBLIC RESTROOM OR A DARK ALLEY OR WHATEVER AND SEPARATED (okay, maybe it’s warmer for them to stick together, but the the end of this ep, sakamoto returned the coat and only haya and his dad were wearing it at the end so we could assume that the winter cold is nothing to the cool saka, or that he has warmers or something, BUT THEY STILL WALKED AROUND LIKE THIS FOR QUITE A WHILE JUST TALKING ABOUT HOW HAYA FELT ABOUT THE NIGHT)

HOW COULD THESE TWO PEOPLE who haven’t really spent a lot of time together be so in sync with each other from eating to walking to fighting, and understand just how the others’ mind works (e.g. saka knowing how to get haya to eat the fucking escargots; haya knowing where saka’s story about the creepy body change was going and therefore acting out his part properly)

this coat was opened from the inside (saka’s hands didn’t move) so is it safe to assume that haya’s hands had to go around saka’s body so he could open the coat from within ggaaahhhhhh

AND THEN THIS:

okay, haya was talking about his father here, but he clearly was also telling saka that the both of them pretty much worked well as a team to make up for what the other lacks (fine dining etiquette; street fighting)

idk but coming from haya who doesn’t look like he relies too much on others and is his own man, this to me was kind of a moment

this was a very sweet way to end the episode :)

also, haya’s content smile as he carries his dad home
