Texted a friend yesterday, asking if they're available today. They called me absolutely panicking bc I never ask for help or support. And when they realised I'm just crying, not able to talk, they went "send me your location, idc, I'm coming right now"

So I did and she literally was there in 20 mins in the middle of nowhere with me, listening to me crying for 3 hours straight just to take me home and cook for me and I was just sitting on the floor absolutely fucked.

And thats why you should always reach out, bc people are willing to help you.
