the older man didn't seem fully pleased with the answer. while it was good, he felt like sunwoo was being diplomatic. careful about saying the wrong thing, but not wanting to be too much of a kiss ass. he could tell that it was the truth though, so he would have to let it slide for now. "you don't seem to know a lot of things. i'm going to need you to get more direction in your life if you two are going to be serious together." he always went from one to one hundred quickly, not bothering to stop along any of the other numbers. "she's a great person, that's true, but you didn't say you were any of those things. how do i know that you're not going to be a bad influence on her?" as he tilted his head, his brows pushed up together in unison. "the fact that you're still figuring out your life is also cause for concern. what if you end up realizing that you don't like women and leave her for some guy? she'll be devastated. have the two of you even been intimate yet?" it was an inappropriate question to ask, but salvatore didn't seem to have any hesitations or shame. he wanted to make sure that he could get all of his answers before his daughter and granddaughter came back home. he didn't know how long that shopping trip was going to take. "what if she deserves to be treated badly, you're going to do that too?" he moved his right hand up and brought it down on sunwoo's shoulder, giving it a squeeze. while it wasn't gentle, it wasn't too hard either. a way for him to know that he was just there. "i just want the truth. if that's all that you have to say, then i guess my answer is also i don't know about you yet. i'll have to keep a close eye on you."
