... I found this photo yesterday from a photo shoot I did around the time I had finished Be Easy. Whenever I listen to those songs it brings back so many memories of that time. Recording in jons garage, my old manager Leonard, Spending time with friends in the woods, trekking around dovedale and playing in the caves, working in my parents coffee shop. When i listen to those songs it's amazing to see how much my voice and style of playing has developed and changed, the experiences that have shaped my writing since then and all the learning along the way. When I hear my voice on that E.P I can hardly believe it's me singing, it sounds like someone I used to know. I have spoken to friends and other musicians who say the same thing. It's hard to believe that now I am recording my first full length studio album with a full band and production. I know it is Bhagavan's grace that has been guiding me, that I would come to this big city with nothing but my guitar and somehow you just find your way. You don't even do it it is just done through you, through this form and you can just sit back and enjoy the play.... Be present with every step that you take, cherish this moment, humble yourself and give thanks for another day!✨ #beeasy #samgarrett #gratitude #sriramanamaharishi ✨
