It is about three o’clock in the morning yet Monique finds herself at a late night diner. Not alone though, with one of her best friends. Let’s not forget that she is still tipsey as ever from their night out. “Hey now, don’t pretend like you are not starving right now.” She said wagging her finger at them as she leans back in the booth. “Plus it’s my treat, so get whatever you want.” She reaches for the menu, across from her, looking over the different options. “I think those chocolate chip pancakes are calling my name, what do you think you are going to get?” She questions, looking across at them with a smile. Yet, her smile turns into a frown as she hears a beeping from the other phone. “Are they texting you yet again?”
