It would be a cosplay wedding. Theme would be a big fandom, probably either Homestuck, RWBY, or Welcome To Nightvale.
A big themed cake. Dunno. I like most cake.
My partner would be wearing cosplay as well. I don't really like weddings so I didn't think about this much before this.
