Brat’s more of a sensitive baby than he seems. Physically and emotionally.

Sags his jeans, talks shit constantly (doubling down when he’s corrected), and a terrible lightweight.

I’ve mentioned Brat himself and his story was inspired by Metal family and Brittle Bones Nicky but he was originally developed from Scott Pilgrim. Though he wasn’t actually inspired by Scott, but Envy Adams and Todd Ingram.

Black sheep had this almost nostalgic tune to it and really caught me, and since Brat was made with the theme of nostalgia in mind I felt it fit. Old douchey 2000’s songs are usually what I listen to when drawing him.

❗️today I have a very special announcement and that is that today is the 1 year anniversary of my tumblr account.

I had never owned a tumblr account before I made this, and I made this account purely to post Splatbox fanart and other things of the sort.

I just wanted everybody to know, my friends and followers that I’m very happy. This fandom makes me very happy, and you all mean a lot to me. I’ve never had so much fun interacting with people who share my interests. I’ve never had so much fun with my hobbies even if it comes off as extreme or obnoxious.

But I really do love you guys, I’m glad I’m not the only person who is sitting here making this content and I’m glad a healthy community is being built up. Even if it’s small. I appreciate you all and I don’t plan on stopping making what I do anytime soon.

Also HAPPY PRIDE MONTH! Everybody stay safe out there it’s getting scary. expect some pride art soon.
