I’ve seen some confused about the nick name to Sana. Sana-sol is a Vitamin mixture we give young children in Norway, usually before they able to take Tran (fish oil) as Sana-sol taste likes oranges and children likes it, but the cod fish oil tends to….not taste so good. Doctors recommend 1 -2 spoons a day.

And yes, it’s very normal to take tran in Norway, it’s rich in omega 3, vitamins and more.
