gosh, i love Elle Woods
- her favorite color isn’t actually pink, it’s just her signature color. her favorite color is green
- she was actually very shy as a kid, and didn’t have many friends growing up. she decided to join Delta Nu as a way to branch out and make more friends
- she wanted to join a sorority that did a lot for different charities, because she always wants to give back to the community and help people
- Elle is that friend who will go with you to the doctor if you’re feeling scared and hold your hand when you have to get shots
- she got asked to prom by, like, every single guy in her class. she turns every single one of them down. instead, she goes to prom with her best friend, Jenny, who is the only openly gay person in the whole school. that way, Jenny doesn't have to go alone and can have a special prom night. they had a really good time
- her favorite Disney princess is Aurora
- when she and Emmett go to Disney World, they disneybound as Aurora and Phillip
- speaking of Emmett, she realizes she's in love with him during a late-night study session. she comes back with their box of Domino’s pizza and finds him passed out asleep on her bed, cuddled up with Bruiser, and realizes, “God, I’m totally in love with this man.”
- Elle Cannot cook. so, for date nights, Emmett runs a lil cooking class for her and teaches her how to cook
- her main hobbies are fashion design and playing the piano. she also knows how to play the guitar
- she was a girl scout, and becomes her daughter’s troop leader later in life
- when she’s pregnant, Elle is very dissatisfied with the maternity clothes out there, so she literally designs her own line of maternity clothes. they’re all super cute
- she also later designs a line of women’s suits for the badass female lawyers out there
- Elle becomes a human rights lawyer. for more on that, read my post!
- during the entire muslim ban shitshow, she comes to the airport, in her pajamas and heavily pregnant, to offer legal advice. she stays all day, until Emmett convinces her to please sleep, babe, and takes her place
- she converts to Judaism for Emmett. and he didn’t ask her to, she just knows that it’s really important to him and decides to convert
- when she gets to choose a Hebrew name, she chooses Ahava, which means Love in Hebrew
