Hoping for an Early Start on SpringSpring is almost 2 months away, but if I don't plant something, I'm going to explode. I'm taking a risk and starting a bunch of veggie seeds early. Way early.

How About Them Apples?
Actually, this isn’t an apple at all, it’s a bell pepper made by crossing California Wonder with Chocolate Bell. A beautiful candy apple red fruit with a little deep purple blush.
Thick walled and very sweet. A good pepper for stuffing and in sauces.

Been messing around in the garden and re-planting carrot tops. Just trim about 1 inch from the top of the carrot preferably with a little green left on the top. Plant in the ground with just a little sticking out and wait a few months.
