This is Opal, my Sandwing-Icewing Hybrid. I will color her at some point. I’m still working on her and such but her primary coloration is a lot like Winter’s. She also has Icewing spikes at the end of her tail. But her name comes from the opal-like coloration in her wingspan and the Sandwing frill thing (seriously what is this called???). The whites of her eyes are black while the irises are a dark blue (I’m talking about the one that you might find in black opals. Opals are friggin pretty and you cannot change my mind). I had considered doing her scales fully Icewing but decided to do a combo instead. At some point, I’ll do a full body of her. I will be using her for both Wings of Fire and the Avatar AU.
