Honestly same. There’s a sports bar around the corner from my house and as soon as I get home I’m changing into my hockey stuff and going over to the bar and I’m not fucking moving until this game is over and I am dead.

I wish there was a bar around here that would play the game! That sounds amazing!

I caught that too, but I don’t think he was actually trying to pronounce “Geno” though? So the Russian diminutive nickname for Evgeni is Zhenya, which sounds more like “Gina” like the way he introduced himself in the video. “Geno” is the English version/pronunciation of Zhenya/“Gina”, which is why everyone calls him that. I just found this out recently so thought I’d share!

No, he was saying Geno. He also said it like that in a video describing a goal this season. One of the other players was calling him to pass the puck and he said they said "Gina, Gina". That's just how he says it.

Sleepover saturday! what's your favorite trip you've ever taken???

oh man, my favorite trip was this one summer back in like 6th grade, I did so much traveling. 

I went to florida with a bunch of family to disney world for several days and stayed in my aunt’s condo when we weren’t at the park, I’m really close with my cousins because of how I grew up so it was fantastic to see them all together. immediately after that I went with my grandma and grandpa and flew to Canada to visit family there, the actually family we visited were old and boring but they lived on an island and the ferry ride there was always fun. The traveling didn’t stop! we flew to the Philippines as a surprise so I could visit my dad for month, we went to some really exotic resorts every few days and visited a lot of family and places.
