5: Talk about the best birthday you've had.

I remember in Grade 12 I went to school, and my friend Limmy said happy birthday which started a whole onslaught of birthday hugs and wishes that was pretty rad. My friend Karen also swung me around and sang for me which was pretty fun. xD

And then after school my friend Molly (who went to a different school) came to drop off a birthday card and knocked on the door BUT I DIDn"T HEAR HER IDK HOW so she just left it in my mailbox and called me on the phone and I ran out to get the card and it had all my favourite characters on it.

I felt so appreciated that day.

It's also when I got the Dancer Bartz DLC >w>

8: Talk about the thing you are most proud of.

This picture. I featured it at my Grade 12 art show (it was the only piece worth looking at tbh I slacked so much I wish I could go back and make that day better but anyways) but yeah I got a lot of compliments on it and someone even offered to buy it for a whole lot of money.

It's based on CP's photo called "Hopeful" and hope has become a running thing in my life which makes it extra cool.

32: Talk about a place you remember from your childhood.

I don't know if this counts, but at my elementary school, there was a big tree in the front yard that had... not really a knot, I don't know how to explain, but it was a flat indentation in the tree that looked like a door. There was another tiny circular one above it.

I think other kids as well as myself like to pretend that they were doors and that squirrels or some other things lived in the tree. I remember knocking on it a lot. Knock on wood.

Depends on the amount of asks I'm sent actually. 1 I'm usually excited, 2 I slightly panic, 3 or more I'm scared I fucked something up.

☆: a time you looked at the stars

When you grow up in the middle of nowhere, you notice stars a lot if you've spent too much time outside playing. But when you're older and lazier, you tend not to notice them as much.

I appreciate the stars around here a lot more when, on the first night of staying at college, I looked out the window and couldn't see anything above the bright street lights and the glow they cast.

I just remember being daunted by it.

♘: your favourite game

Shining Force II! My all-time childhood favourite, and the first video game I ever beat by myself! So many memories and such fondness for the characters. The game isn't as well-loved as the first one (for reasons I can understand) but it will always have a special place in my heart.

I'm LPing it right now in a side-blog, and earlier today I got messages from punwhileyoustillcan and we discussed another SF game, and they mentioned that they love SFII too and that they're enjoying my LP. :D Seeing other people love this game always makes me happy.

It's my dream to cosplay May, but that's probably an impossible (or at least, insanely challenging to accomplish) dream, considering that she's a centaur, but I've always loved her so much. ;w; She's my favourite fictional character ever of all time.

I wish there was SFII merch.

✉: something that you find confusing

I was gonna rant and then I decided not to but I can't think of anything else and it's getting late here so I'm just gonna rant for time purposes.

Something I don't understand that still happens (that I actually wanted to complain about a couple of days ago) is that, while it's true it did give him a lot of his fame, people forget that Monty Oum was making Dead Fantasy in his free time and was not being paid for it. He is currently being paid to make RWBY.

While Dead Fantasy is great and it would be awesome if it would be continued, RWBY is Monty's job now. He is eating because of that show. If you dig into his dA journals, you'll find that he had a lot of financial difficulties before he started working for Rooster Teeth.

Even Monty is getting tired of people saying he should ditch RWBY to finish Dead Fantasy. Please stop saying it. And please do not tweet him just to tell him that. BECAUSE HE KNOWS.
