I continue to be entirely obsessed with the way Sarek's view of Spock's age (conflicting with Amanda's and Star Fleet's) impacts their relationship. Spock doesn't reach full maturity until season 2 of tos. but everyone's been treating him as an adult for ages! except for his dad. that just. hits me a certain way.
