Goal in life is to be as strong and fierce as Sasja.
Sasja’s winning CPDC Routine is so hot.Â
Today in Sasja's class we learned:
A move like the one featured above, but with a horizontal split.Â
Pole split
An apprentice/flare into a twisted grip or true grip side split (same as top, but upside down)
A true grip phoenix variation from a double handed (cup grip) spin. This move requires me to spin in the opposite direction (left hand on the pole, close to face, like when you body spiral) and a cup above it with the right hand. You need space between your arms to not fall into the pole. The left hand slides into a split/true grip and into a handspring.
Worked on the phoenix (so close to being able to do it consistently!)Â
