The consequences for the population’s health are enormous as they come into contact with oil and carninogen which are extremely harmful to health. There was no statement from the Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, he and the Environment Minister continue to neglect Brazil's biggest environmental crime. We need help by pressuring the responsible authorities so that they can take the right action. We need help pushing our government to start an investigation into finding who is responsible for this crime. Lives are ending in the oceans! Many coral reefs, animals, the entire ecosystem dying at the hands of human greed and ambition. We, social and environmental activists, cannot allow this to continue without being seen and considered as severely as it should. If we are lucky some ecosystems will be contaminated for 10 years. I'm very concerned for the young girls and transgender girls abducted by Brazilian's underworld forcing these poor girls as young as 9 years old into prostitution and now more than ever with the soccer (football) World Cup being hosted there the situation is going to get worst and the sad thing is there are lots of young Brazilian kid runaways trying to escape their poverty only to fall into the hands of these criminals who force them into prostitution becoming sex slaves and for most the only way out is death or suicide. It really is a dark secret of Brazil and the sad reality is not many outside of the country of Brazil 🇧🇷 realize how dangerous and prevalent this is as so many girls go missing and their lives are ruined or cut short prematurely. This has to stop.
