The Big Day || Jieun and Nichkhun
Jieun sat in the chair placed in front of the dresser. She had requested that her bridesmaids give her a little time to collect her thoughts, alone. Her heart was pounding, not believing that after a year this was finally happening. Today she would marry the love of her life. She glanced out the window to see the groomsmen starting to stand at the altar beneath an archway of native Thai and Korean flowers that added to their garden wedding. She pondered the location of her groom before turning to the mirror to fix her hair. Jieun was pleased that despite the warm temperatures in Thailand, her hair remained in tact. She took a deep breath, "This is it, Jieun. Today...you become a princess."
Dear angel, it's been too long now and I feel as if I've kept you waiting forever. I will not do it anymore. No more procrastinating. This is the last time I will write a note as your silly little fiancée. Lee Jieun, meet me at the address indicated at the bottom on the note. - love, your Prince
Jieun opened the letter, her eyes widening in surprise. She read it over several times not believing that the words were true. She missed him so much and sometimes wondered if her mind was playing tricks on her. She looked at the address and frowned, not finding it familiar. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, trying to envision the area she wanted to travel. Power surged through her body from her veins and out into the world around her. The Earth appeared to swirl around her and she twisted with it, her feet landing on the pavement, announcing her arrival. She took a deep breath and slowly opened her eyes.
