After 13 incredible years of stories about werewolves, witches, vampires and everything in between, Warner Bros, under their new management, has decided to axe Legacies, the latest spinoff of The Vampire Diaries universe. Whether you fell in love with television because of TVD, The Originals, or Legacies, all those stories have special places in our hearts, and after an incredibly show stopping 4th season, we cannot have these stories come to an end so abruptly. The money in this gofundme will go to billboards and publicity in Los Angeles near the WB studios and Netflix, who are our main target for a possible buy out of the rights to the TVDU. Any money helps, a dollar, five, ten, whatever you can donate! As Legacies has taught every single one of us: there’s always a loophole. We can’t go down without a fight. THINGS I NEED BEFORE LEGACIES ENDS

Since we only have three more episodes in June and then it will be the end of the tvdu. I heard they are rewriting the ending and stuff so I hope at least some of these things will get tied up.

Death? I think originally they were going to have Ethan die it was pretty heavily foreshadowed. But if they're rewriting a lot of people are saying they'll kill Hope. But I think that's a little cliche. I know The Vampire Diaries and The Originals ended with the main characters dying but what if it ended with Ken or another god letting Hope become human. I think it would be very full circle. The entire franchise started with Elena as a human so it would be peaceful. And if they kill anyone it should be Landon going to peace or Lizzie because everyone keeps saying that it would fit the franchise and they're right. Even though they're my fave characters.

Cameos? It's now or never so it would the perfect opportunity for Candice to return as Caroline or Kaylee to come back as Josie as she was apart of the main three that started Legacies. Also any Mikaelsons would be cool. But because everything is last minute I doubt we will get anybody else back in time.

Endgames? We don't have much time for any new relationships so it seems i'll never get my personal ships/crackships endgames. Such as Hizzie, Landizzie, and Methan. Handon seems like they said their final goodbye so I guess I'm okay with Hope being single for the show's ending. I'm sure Kaleb and Cleo will stay together and I hope if Josie comes back, Finsie can stay together. I hope the love triangle with Lizzie, MG, and Ethan ends because it's annoying and Ethan clearly loves MG more than her lol. Oh and Jed and Ben should make up because I think they're pretty cute.

The Gods and Aurora? I have no idea where this plot line was going although it was very interesting. I wasn't a fan of the Aurora x Ken thing but whatever. I just hope the Gods get a good ending, perhaps they were never evil at all. I just hope they don't die because I quite like Ben and Jen as characters.

HOPE? Like I said I would love if she became human to end the whole show but I think most importantly she needs to come to terms with herself. She needs to accept the dark part of herself is a part of her and they need to merge into one because that's the real Hope Andrea Mikaelson.

Backstory?? Now we will never get real backstory's for a lot of characters and that really makes me mad. But I would have loved to hear Kaleb's, MG's full story (I still have a theory Caroline turned him), Wade (like how is he a fairy), and Jed (what happened to his friend). Also I still have a lot of questions. Like what happened to Clarke? Where are Penelope and Alyssa? What is Cleo now? Etc.

THREE EPISODES IS NOT ENOUGH! AND THESE ARE JUST SOME OF MY THOUGHTS IN KIND OF A BRAIN DUMP. AND THIS SHOW AND THE ENTIRE CAST AND CREW DESERVE BETTER.

we don’t want to end such an iconic and beloved franchise on a cancellation with a rushed ending. the TVDU deserves a final season to wrap up over a DECADE of storytelling. legacies has more stories to tell so we want a fifth season!

we started off with a bang by trending #SaveLegacies for multiple days in row. keep using the hashtag on any and all legacies/tvdu related content. our goal is to be LOUD so we can be heard. please read the guidelines so twitter doesn’t remove any tweets and/or suspend anyone

we are focusing on getting @netflix to pick up the show. however, before they can do anything we have to let warner bros know we want them to sell the rights to the show. when contacting @warnerbrostv PLEASE make sure to be POLITE. we don’t want to attract any negative attention
