So, I have an unpopular opinion. Gun control won’t fix a thing. Controlling guns doesn’t stop the bad guys from having guns. You know why? What bad person will decide they no longer need a gun when they can’t get one legally. No. They’re not going to stop. Guess what? No matter how hard anyone tries, you can’t shut down the black market. You can’t. And, another thing, they CAN MAKE GUNS. All they need is enough knowledge, google, and a 3D printer. Further more, they can also use the internet to create other threats from non-controlled substances. Bombs, acid in the air, stuff like that. So, no, gun control won’t fix anything. Instead, let’s put higher security on schools. Gaurds, even metal detectors. If I wanted, I could walk onto a random highschool campus, my parents could walk onto a random highschool campus. Higher security is going to stop the problem, not gun control. Also, even though saying that someone shooting up a school is excused because that person was bullied is nonsense, bullying should stop too. It’s stupid, but it will make some difference. Stop tearing your school apart, make a difference. Being nice to one person a day can change everything. You don’t know what others are going through. You can change the world by being kind, by stopping bullying, and by trying to see if maybe enforcing security at schools is a better idea than banning guns.
