This little man is very lucky it was Bug who found him and not Goblin. Goblin would have stuck him in her mouth and swallowed without chewing. 😂 Bug just softly poked at him with her paw. When I found him he was on his back with his legs curled in… playing dead. People think spiders are so scary, meanwhile that’s the go-to defense for so many of them. Got out of bed at 1am for a midnight snack only to see this massive spider hanging out above my window! Her legs stretched out to the size of a 50 cent piece. Which isn’t really huge for a spider but is very big when you’re used to dealing with the tiny bugs native to the Pacific Northwest. I carefully captured her in a glass and released her outside.
