Happy (early) Thanksgiving twinsie! My headcanon is that human!cas gets upset around Christmas time (Heaven loved Christmas), so Dean gets excited cuz it gives him an excuse to go all out- gingerbread houses, Christmas tree, stockings over the fire, all of it, so that, even though everything goes wrong (the gingerbread burns, he forgets ornaments, so they have a naked tree, and the stockings catch fire) Sam and Cas had the best Christmas ever as a new dysfunctional family <3
