Ash can’t imagine what that’s like, cannot imagine the depth of despair that her participation in a prank on people – her friends, people she liked – had brought out. She doesn’t want to, not when this betrayal on his part is so fresh and burning: a salted wound. Not when she can reject it ( for the time being, because it’ll come crashing down on her again at some point in the near future ) and cry her heart out over this now.
SHE NOTICES HIM SLOWLY AT FIRST , having come up to a table to grab herself another drink only to discover him , head in arms , on it . she opts to ignore him in her drunken stupor , reaching for a red plastic cup prior to pouring herself a new concoction .
