im having one of those moments

where everything i’ve worked so hard on to make myself believe that i dont need or want someone or sex comes unraveling. you just cant convince yourself of something that you know has been done deliberately as a form of self-defense, you know yourself best after all. i feel dumb but it was really good to be able to have that belief and ignore it for a while

anyway the last time i had a crush on someone it was way in the beginning of the year but with someone 10 years older it kind of still boggles me how hopeless i am at making normal connections with people
