I did the math. $10.50/hour.
I swear I thought I'd be making more money than I am here. I guess rich ladies rather pay me more to tutor their kids than serve them drinks. Maybe I should set up a side business at Malibu.

Do you think I can bring my ant farm?
I don't think I can trust my parents to water them daily and I don't want to come back home to huge ant graveyard.
I've been crazy busy trying to pack for Malibu Sands, but I'm back!
Tell me I didn't miss out on any juicy drama or fun parties, otherwise I'll be incredibly bummed.
This weekend was amazing.
I didn't think anything could be better than my birthday party, but somehow, a certain someone made it happen - so thank you.
So over a tense, passive aggressive breakfast with both (!!) of my parents, they reminded me of our yearly holiday tradition, in which they both take time off and we actually spend some time together. The Lopez's are heading to Malibu Sands! Making the staff's life a misery, drinking over-priced cocktails by the pool and i'm gettin' my tan on! God, I can't wait.
That was such a great birthday.
Thank you guys, so so much. I didn't expect any of it and I had a blast! All of the presents were very much appreciated, as well.
Apparently UCLA is offering summer classes for high school students at the beginning of August and my dad wants me to sign up. I mean, I love school, but...
Three more days.
And then I'm home-free. No work, no babysitting, no nothing. Just me and my birthday. If only I could get a one-way ticket to the Bahamas - or Paris. Paris would do.
