Tome tipping? (Closed- Robin)
On his way to work at the library as per usual, Laurent had blinked, at first upon happening upon a most bewildering sight: the entire lot of tomes that he’d spent forever stacking yesterday on the table in front of the main desk where he sat for his work had fallen over. A few sheep were standing nearby, looking concerned.
Oh dear, dear? What in the name of Naga happened here? Kneeling near one of the sheep so he could talk to them without them feeling like he was towering over them as usual, Laurent spoke, tone more level and calm than his internal worry wanted him to react right now.
“What happened here? Did someone make the tomes accidentally fall?”
One of the sheep nodded, and gestured with it’s head to....a very familiar person, who likely had been guilty of trying to take a tome near the bottom of the stacked books and not been expecting the neat stack to be so easily disrupted. Despite his concern for his friend, a wry smile flickered to Laurent’s face. He...really couldn’t resist copying their stalwart leader of the Shepherds here, despite his normal seriousness.
He didn’t make jokes often, but.
“...There are better places for you to take a nap on than the ground, you know. Hahaha. ...Jokes aside, do you need a hand?”
