The way that every time they go through this it feels like it just proves more and more that theyre bad and theres something wrong with them and maybe all of this is their fault anyways. And then it feeds back and they leave again. Maybe this time if they leave and try to stay gone itll be better, but they cant manage to keep themselves away and it makes going back hurt so much.
