Guatemalan Dictator Efrain Rios Mont charged with GENOCIDE dies at 91.

Rios Montt was trained by the USA government at the School of the Americas and supported by the Reagan administration during the 80’s. He took power throughout a Coup d'état and governed Guatemala for 18 months (1982-83) During his government hundreds of Mayan villages were wiped off the map, left thousands dead and forced hundreds of thousands into refuge or exile. ..
