Regarding the last ask (the one about Herman and her holey hands) if Hanah was the one to shoot the holes into Gaster’s hands in AFAC, wouldn’t that mean it would have been an accident out of fear from Danny? Since, from what I’ve worked out, the swapped fallen children are like this: Paolo and Erika are swapped, Oscar and Blake are swapped, which means that’s Danny and Hanah are swapped. I’m trying to work this out.

That's right. Danny probably wouldn't hurt someone on purpose. It was likely a mishap during their escape.
