Do you think Draco would be a better match with Harry or Hermione?

Hm… From my point of view, I see Hermione as somebody who Draco could look up to, somebody who would push him to grow, be smarter, be better. Always moving forward.Meanwhile, I see Harry as a shelter for Draco, a person who would provide him with comfort. With Harry, Draco would feel understood and appreciated, and they would be complete equals, complementing and supporting each other.

Of course, I’m not saying Hermione wouldn’t support Draco, and it doesn’t mean that Harry would prevent Draco from growing either. I’m just trying to convey what, to me personally, stands out in each of these pairings.

So who would be a better match? I don’t know. I think both cases are equally strong, because if they weren’t, I wouldn’t ship both of them so much. Both Hermione and Harry would be great matches for Draco, bringing out different things in him: Hermione–the mind, righteousness, challenge; Harry–the heart, selflessness, instinct. If I were to simplify: Hermione and Draco–similar characters, opposite statuses; Harry and Draco–similar statuses, opposite characters.

Since school let out I’ve been so starved for knowledge uhg I’m currently attempting to watch an Astrophysics lecture from Yale that was held back in 2007 but the professor says ‘uh um’ and rubs his back and face and neck so many times and fucking checks his notes so many times I want to punch his sweaty bearded face
