You always knew you had superpowers. It just...took a while for them to display themselves. You tried flying that one time--didn’t work, scraped your knees up for now reason. You thought you had super strength, but then realized that those weights didn’t say 400 lbs but 40. When you were ten, the cat meowed back when you meowed at it but your communication with animals ended once you realized you had no damn idea what it was saying. 

You had almost given up, when you tripped one day down the stairs. You tumbled down while your friends laughed, but then you heard them stop and say, concern in their eyes “Bee? Are you okay?”

You rubbed the back of your head where you banged it on the floor and was about to tell them yeah, I’m fine when  you realized, you couldn’t see your legs. Or your torso, or your hands, or anything but your friend, who was frantically looking for you on the floor.

Super power: Invisibility and Intangibility. You can turn yourself invisible or intangible for any length of time. 

Side effects/drawbacks: You can only do one at a time. Trying to do both will result in you getting stuck for days.

There’s this big, mean dude named SubZero who hates how you get through him everytime he tries to rob a bank or something and snap handcuffs on him. Like geez, aren’t you too good a hero? rude. He has ice and freezing breath that doesn’t work on you when you’re intangible.
