Frank & Tony, also known separately as Francis Harris and Anthony Collins, make a fantastic pairing for both their sound, catalog and production value. From kick starting a mighty fine label entitled Scissor & Thread to performing extra long eclectic sets, this duo is a fantastic one to follow/listen to if you're a fan of minimalistic house music full of both emotion and character.
