      A laugh escapes his lips as the other sits across from him - well, weren’t they bold. To be honest, he couldn’t say he’d ever seen them before. Nor could he think they were here to talk to him in specific. Perhaps they’d sat across from him because this was their common seat? Hmm... Regardless, with a look of fascination crossing his eyes, the older man offer a smile and a wave.

      He wasn’t particularly used to people acting this way. Most times, people avoided strangers. They didn’t settle themselves in across from them.

      “Hello there.” Ardyn offers with a lilt of a laugh in his tone - raising his hand a little to beckon to the waitress who wasn’t too far away. Calling them over, so that his new encounter could order something. “Care for some coffee? Or some food? It’s on me.” He was amused now. So, yes, he would pay for the others food.
