This is not true whatsoever and you need to stop saying things like this when there are so many (SO MANY) people in the world that care about men just as much as women. Saying stuff like this makes you sound very unappreciative and blind to the things that a lot (A LOT) of people do to raise awareness of the things that males have to go through
