Its nights like these where I feel really worthless and all I want is to go back to cutting myself because it's the oldest way of dealing with sadness I know of and I'm too overwhelmed to do any cognitive self therapy and I just want to die because I don't know what to do anymore and I feel like I'm on the verge of an panic attack and I wish I could disappear without anyone remembering me but I also wish I could just be happy with the person I love and forget all the pain and hurt and everything else and only feel their warmth but idk my dudes I'm just really struggling here and I'm not doing so hot and I feel like I'm slowly losing my grip
