there's something we (me and co) call "the scrubdown" -- it's purging everything artificial, kinda annoying or unhealthy from your life, for long enough to decide which things you actually like & which things are just habits. it's quite good to do now & again it resets you. if you find yourself overtired, eyestrained, caffeine-fried...i recommend it. its like the "clean" from "cleangirl" except actually so -- au naturel -- rather than just changing to "clean-coded" packaged foods & drinks & "clean-vibe" cosmetics and skin things. rub yourself with a leaf and walk in the sand.
