While Aloy had her grievances with most of the people from where she was from, she didn’t realize she was going to miss some of them so much. She always felt so awkward talking to new people- to be expected, of course. It’s only been a few weeks since she was able to socialize with people outside of Rost.
Now is as good a time as any to start working on it, though. She’s been retiring to Savior’s Respite a lot lately, and it seems like she meets a new face every time she does. This time, though, as she approached the flora covered cliff, Aloy comes to see an actually somewhat familiar face. Not all that familiar, of course- she’d only seen this person when they bumped into eachother while she tried to get into the yellow machine that took her to a new house. However, she distinctly remembers her focus lighting up upon seeing the stranger.
The seeker stares for a moment before jogging up a little closer. “Hey,” She calls out awkwardly. “Uh, are you.. sorry, I don’t know how to really ask this, are you a machine?” Maybe not the most polite way to greet someone, but she can’t help but ask. After all, she’s never seen such a human looking machine before.
