what the hell does 'hope' even mean anymore after tonight? "insane wish fulfillment" my ass
Tonight, hope means trusting ourselves because we sure as hell came up with a better, more fulfilling, more groundbreaking story than they did. Tonight “hope” means taking the torch that they dropped and carrying it across the rainbow colored finish line and not sharing our confetti cake with them afterwards. That’s where I’m putting my hope tonight. SD
My parents are extremely homophobic and they just found out that I ship johnlock and they are livid. I've been yelled at numerous times and have been called disgusting, wrong, warped, and repulsive. I just need some encouragement.

Believe me, I know how difficult it is to be in an environment where parents (the people who you are supposed to trust and are taught will accept who you are) are not there for you. hi, i'm not sure if you'd know but i saw that rebekah deactivated her blog and i was wondering where she went? and why? she just really helped me through a lot this year and she's so inspirational and it breaks my heart to see her sad

For the anon whose parents yelled at her: I'm so sorry that happened to you. I hope you know that you're not at fault. People are so motivated by fear and it makes them angry and defensive (and that's totally not an excuse, just a reason) and you don't deserve that. no one does.
