Sturmpanzer IV - “Brummbär” Sd.Kfz. 166 or also known as “Sturmpanzer 43″
Equiped with a 15cm Sturmhaubitze 43 L/12
It was developed as a tank destroyer and to breach heavy bunkers.
From April 1943 to March 1945 this tank was produced. In total 306 pieces.
Two different ammunitions where used: the Igr 38 FES - a heavy high explosive to destroy buildings and bunkers
and the Igr 38 HI/A a 25kg - a HEAT warhead to fight armoured vehicles
