Recently I remembered that Kira in Death Note was a pun on Killer. Therefore, if the reference serves, the pun in SDR2 is that Kirakira is a Killer Killer.
PRE SCHOOL TRIAL (CHAPTER 2) SUSPICIONS LIST
Ok, I lied, there is no list.
The murderer is Pekoyama, the hit was called by the super high school lever yakuza Kuzuryuu. Because you know, they kind of don't do their own hits. Also, I don't think he would be beyond putting him self up as bait to get revenge on EVERYONE that killed his sister even if he died in the process. So Peko is going to get executed, and the motive for chapter three will be set in stone... Except... I don't think chapter three is going to play out like that...
SDR2 UPDATE 55 SUSPICIONS LIST
1) Pekoyama
2) Kuzuryuu
3) Sonia/Saionji
No changes from last time. Except that now I know who Kuzuryuu's sister is, but he still wouldn't hurt a fly. It's likely that he tried to hurt somebody but couldn't bring himself to do it. It's fairly obvious now that somebody else moved the body and placed the bat to frame him. Yeah, don't leave me to come up with theories of how the murder happened anymore, I'd rather just use my gut instinct to pick the killer. (I swear if it's Nidai...)
SDR2 New update new list.
1) Pekoyama - She is up top now. She's the most suspicious.
2) Sonia - I don't want to accuse her, but the evidence points to her or Saionji being the second most likely and I don't think Saionji will die just yet. Act 3 and Act 4 will be hers and Kuzuryuu's acts.
3) Kuzuryuu - Back on the list, but I don't think it's him. He has yet to show his importance other than being the first one to complete the game.
Not on list: Nidai - Yeah, I was just accusing Nidai to accuse Nidai. There's no evidence it was him now unless I make it up. I mean really, who would use water bottles to flush a toilet? (I still think that might have been a thing to happen.)
Just came up with a scenario where Akane is the killer but doesn't know it and Nidai thinks he's the killer and is panicking.
OH MY GOD THE WATER BOTTLES WEREN'T USED TO WASH BLOOD OFF THEY WERE USED TO FLUSH THE TOILET

Hinata - He's the main character, not the killer.
Komaeda - I'm still going with he was tied up until the murder had already happened.
Souda - He's too calm right now, I wouldn't be surprised if he was an accomplice. He has an alibi because he was with Hinata, also he was the third witness.
Gundam - He was with his hamsters. Like, other island, we would have noticed him.
Tsumiki - She was with Ibuki, Hinata, and Souda at the alleged time of the murder. Also she came from the first island.
Ibuki - Same as Tsumiki, AKA she's off my list.
Nidai - Yep. Here he is. MY primary suspect. Not only have we not seen him today, but his only alibi is he fought Akane and we don't know where that was. Not only that, but we ignored the toilet. YES WE IGNORED THE TOILET ISN'T THAT SUSPICIOUS?! THERE'S NO RUNNING WATER, LOOK IN THE TOILET HINATA THE LID WAS CLOSED! *cough* Ok, I just noticed that myself so that was all impromptu. There's more to it, but I can't think of it right now.
Kuzuryuu - Prime suspect number 2. Yep, here he is, on the list again. Of course, however, if he WASN'T the first one to see the body, who was? He came from the beach house and arrived before Tsumiki and Ibuki. It's possible that he was threatened in his MANILA ENVELOPE unless he brought rope and set up a rappel for whoever was inside the BATHROOM when the murder happened. Of course, he suddenly would have realized that Hey, the murderer is going to come out of there, if he/she sees me, I'm good as dead too! And ran around and snuck inside where he saw the body. But I find that highly unlikely. But i think the Manila envelope was definitely written by whoever the murderer was.
Koizumi - Nope. Not suicide, alot less painful ways to go.
Nanami - Nope. Definitely the game's heroine.
Pekoyama - Suspect number 3. Yeah, I have a harder time believing it was her though, if she were going to kill someone she would have used her sword in some way.
Sonia - Suspect number 4. There were wetsuits in the closet conveniently ignored, and it's pretty obvious the mask was hers. It probably wasn't worn by anybody, but the killer probably stole it from her and planted it at the scene of the crime. Chances are that she ran back to check.
Akane - She's up there. I still think she's too much of a idiot to kill someone though.
Saionji - Let's face it. Unless she was blackmailed into killing Koizumi, she wouldn't do it. Unless Kuzuryuu tampered with the body and other evidence for some ridiculous reason, she wouldn't have hidden in the closet and ran out crying. I don't think she witnessed the murder itself, but she could have fallen asleep in the closet waiting to jump out and scare koizumi or something.
So yeah here's my order
1) Nidai
2) Kuzuryuu
3) Pekoyama
4) Sonia
5) Saionji
6) Akane
The rest are innocent for sure.
