It wasn't always easy to sneak away from curious eyes but Taidana always managed to slip by when needed. His usual carefree demeanor and 'lazy' front did wonders in having those around him underestimate his goals. At least there was another that shared similar goals and was a fantastic source of information. They did usually exchange what each other knew when they would meet up anyway.

So the Crane man managed to fly out into the open sea, making his way towards the Morrigan. Once he got close, the Rear Admiral made a gentle landing before reverting back to normal. Though he did choose to land on the railing instead of the spacious deck. "Hello hello, Rubel~. It's been a while hasn't it? I hope you'll forgive that I left my coat back on the ship.. It stands out a bit too much out here."

well, it wouldn't really be sanji if he didn't ask him that, thinking of ways to cook up the popping greens that he had brought from boin.

"from what i know they're basically only used for weapons, i wouldn't really think of using them to eat..since most of them either blow up or they can stab you if you put them in your mouth." it was a curious thought to say the least as he fiddled with one of the marbles in his hand. "if the food that was on the island wasn't perishable i would have brought some with me for you to try, everything there tasted amazing."

Was that . . . a talking bird? Had the tavern in town served them bread with ergot? No . . . Sanji would have detected that contamination immediately. Wormwood-infused alcohol? Or maybe she had fallen ill, and this was a febrile hallucination? A veil of spun fire whirled as she shook her head. No. It was none of those things. From what she could recall during her time on Zou, Nami learned that minks had mammalian features. There was one rational explanation: this had to be a Devil Fruit. The grip tightened on her baton. Indignance forced her delicate features to crumple. "I don't remember asking for your opinion," Hissed the navigator, her lips curled to a snarl. The warning had been issued during their supply run, but making port was never meant to be an all-day affair. While she could detect a drop in pressure, she was convinced that the jet stream would move it past them. The worst-case scenario she predicted was a short burst of intense rain and waves. She was certain they had been through worse. She was confident in the integrity of the Sunny's hull. The questioning of her intelligence—by a male voice no less—only incensed her.

"What the hell do you think you're doing on our ship?"

Upon hearing Sanji, Nix quickly tried to wipe the tears from her eyes. Which wasn't as graceful or sneaky as she hoped since her glasses got in the way. Of all the timing.. She really didn't like to cry where others could see it. Though it was too late now, the cook had seen her and was fully ready to attack someone over it. It was sweet in a way.. A violent way. Not that she wouldn't do the same to everyone on this ship. They all meant the world to her by now. "No one made me cry, Sanji.. It was just a nightmare after I nodded off." Memories the silverette truly wished she could forget. "I'll be okay. It happens sometimes."

Nix looked at the men in the crowd, the jolly roger they bore on their clothes. A horned wolf skull with three snakes behind it. There was no mistaking it after seeing it for so long. "If the captain decides to come into town and pick a fight, there's a chance this entire place will get flooded with poison. It's not worth the risk! I'm not worth the risk, so let's hurry back!"

"I know, isn't it great!?" Nix was standing out on Sunny's deck, out in the pouring rain. Her tail happily waved side to side as she looked over at Zoro. This is likely the happiest he would've seen her in a while, considering recent events. The rain always had a way of making her feel refreshed, enveloping her in its cold embrace. "The rain feels perfect here and I don't want to let it go to waste." It would keep her feeling hydrated for a good long while also. She did a small twirl in the storm, humming a little tune. "I can keep taking over the watch if you want, no need for you to get soaked too, Zoro. I got a second wind from the rain."
