Welcome to Seasontale. A new AU I've been working on that I hope you, the viewers, will enjoy. Please, show my boy Dimitrius here some love, and let's get on to the first part of my AU's storyline.
Once upon a time, there were four brothers. Each had magic that represented the element they protected. Dimitrius, the wisest of the five, was one of them. He was the prince of the Winter Woods. Whatever flourished there was in his care.
Saddened by his daily struggles, he decided that visiting his brothers might help him feel less upset. This, however, did not work out...
The second brother, Korion, The fire Prince, felt that Dimitrius had no place in their kingdoms, because of the freezing winters he brought to the land. Dimitrius felt betrayed... Upset..... Vengeful.
The Winter Prince's soul went cold... Dark. Only because he was casted away by his brothers. He felt isolated, even though there were people all around him in his kingdom of the cold.
Dimitrius made a plan. A dark one... He was going to freeze over the entire land. He wanted respect, he wanted to be happy, appreciated, loved for who he was, and what he could do. He figured that the only way to do so was by pursuing his plan.
Slowly, the frozen winter air began to spread across the land. The youngest prince, Droplet, prince of the Earth, rose walls off rock and vines to try to keep the cold out from their lands.
Dimitrius, livid from the outcome, pushed his limits and tested his power to the max. In an attempt to freeze his brothers to death, he froze himself instead...
Today, he remains in stasis, inside the ice that betrayed him. The three brothers, to this day, anxiously await his return. To try and keep Dimitrius at bay, the prince of the waters, Aqua, added water to the freezing ice, to trap Dimitrius in more ice. They needed time to figure out what to do with Dimitrius. Eventually, the ice will melt... And the winter prince will be freed...
