As well as making your own submissions, please share the info about the fanweek as far as you possibly can so we can get as many people taking part as possible!
Where Do I Start?
The prompts for the fanweek are as follows:
14th June: Swap
15th June: Fashion
16th June: Career
17th June: Challenge
18th June: Study
19th June: Royal
20th June: Future
However! These prompts are only suggestions :) they are entirely optional and are just there for you to get some ideas for your submission in the fanweek! You could ignore them all completely, or even mix and match - it's completely up to you!
To recap: your submission can be anything related to Cheritz in the 3rd week of June as long as it is posted in the #Cheritz Appreciation Week 2026 tag! ;)
Cheritz Appreciation Week was hosted originally in October of 2016 with the prompts: ladies of Cheritz, candy/sweet pastries, sky/space, LGBT, body swap, flower crown, and thank you Cheritz. Today, Cheritz has a whole new game that did not exist at the time that the original fan week took place, as well as more fans, more fan content, and more DLC! Last year, I hosted it with the prompts: domestic, trio, apology, solar, cherry, thank you, surprise.
Approaching Mystic Messenger's 10th birthday, what's not to appreciate? Let's all come back together this year to appreciate Cheritz again <3
Happy birthday Dandelion....you crawled so Nameless could walk, Mystic Messenger could run, and Ssum could fall flat on its face after tripping over a twig
Here are my solid ideas for Cheritz Appreciation Week 2026!!! This isn't the Official post for it cuz I'm just tryna gauge people's opinions on my strongest ideas.
The ideas for the 7 days' prompts are below:
Swap
Fashion
Before and After
Career
Challenge
Royal
Study
What do you think of these prompts?
I like them as they are
There should be different options
There should be MORE options
Voting ended onApr 26
I really like them and when I say that I mean I have ideas for my own submissions per prompt. I could offer alternative prompts tho if these don't inspire anything for you guys
And I believe I'd like to host it from the 7th to the 13th of June if other people are happy with that. I'd include a poll about the date if I were allowed to do more than 1 poll per post but that's fine. Let me know what you think!!!!! ^^
Okay sorry this one isn't really that related to the prompt, cuz I was gonna actually record my audition for the role of Eri for an English dub of Nameless buuuuuuut I just don't really like my voice and how it sounded, and even if I did, I don't have the right equipment to edit it into a video anyway. So instead I'm just gonna talk about Tomodachi Life
Obviously I've put a bunch of Cheritz characters into my Tomodachi Island 😏 because what else would I possibly do with this game. (And for some reason my Switch isn't letting me send screenshots so I had to manually take a picture of the Switch from my phone for these-)
We got these two being accurate to their characters,
and of course Yuri falls in love for Tei immediately upon meeting him
Red getting a bit meta and talking about His Own Voice Actor
And Tei also falls for Yuri!
But then Yuri forgets about Tei and falls for Eri instead!!!!!
Eri and Lance bond over an interesting hobby
And Yeonho and Nameless start fancying each other?
Nameless mate 💀 are you joking-
But for some reason, Tumblr only let's me put 10 images on a post? So I'll reblog with the rest of this-
Wait a minute... Does Tei actually have dissociative identity disorder?
I had a dream recently (again) (because that's how I get every idea anymore) where there were multiple Teis, and it sure got me thinking. Most people look at Tei and might just give him the title of 'yandere' and leave it there, but I've always liked to try and assess all of his symptoms to properly diagnose him with the closest mental health issue that we could find in real life. I've often been satisfied with OCD and maybe borderline personality disorder or bipolar, because he has both obsessions and delusions. However, would DID be more accurate?
OCD
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is not specifically about being clean or tidy. It centers on having a fear of a thing, and the belief that particular actions and/or rituals will prevent (or cause) that feared thing from coming true. The stereotypical idea of OCD would involve a fear of germs and bacteria, with the ritual being excessive cleaning. Other common types of OCD include moral OCD, or the fear that you might be a bad person, often involving rituals like seeking reassurance, excessive apologies, or partaking in reblog chains if they inlude "you are xyz if you don't reblog," for example.
A large part of OCD is the mental processes that go into the actions, so his thought processes are a lot more important to the diagnosis of it than his actions. We don't play the game from his point of view, so we can only go off of what he says to Eri about his 'dark thoughts.' From these instances, we can infer that he may have obsessions surrounding Eri's safety, with the fear that he will hurt her.
OCD obsessions differ from typical phobias because of how the person responds to the fear, as a lot of OCD rituals don't always naturally have any logical correlation to the fear itself. I can't actually think of a specific ritual that Tei does that's not anything to do with Eri's safety right now, but...uh...[insert counterpoint here].
Borderline Personality Disorder
BPD is a personality disorder that can be caused specifically by abandonment, and results in strong emotions, as well as sometimes a fixation on a specific person. People with BPD can often see the world in a black-and-white state, and can also experience delusions or psychosis.
The reason that I gave this diagnosis to Tei is because of all of the above, especially including psychosis and altered states of mind, but this label does not fit with all of his symptoms, as one of the aspects of BPD is impulsivity, which Tei rarely shows, as he is always composed and in control of himself, constantly maintaining a perfect image.
Bipolar Disorder
This is the one I've been most confident in recently for Tei. Bipolar does get confused with BPD (I myself got confused the first time I heard of BPD), but I'd summarise the differences like this - BPD is about all emotions being intense, whereas bipolar disorder swings between the extremes of two different emotions, that being either mania or depression, with little in-between. Either way, both mania and depression can involve psychosis, more so than with BPD.
Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia is the mental disorder that centers only on the state of psychosis, delusions and hallucinations but without any other symptom like intense emotions or specific fears/rituals. For many people with schizophrenia, their hallucinations can be entirely harmless or even easily ignored. The reason I've never really given this label to Tei though is because there's definitely more to his mental health issues than just delusions, although delusions are definitely a big part of it.
One of the major reasons that I believe he specifically has delusions instead of just fears is that he acts on some of his psychotic beliefs. He has an obsession over Eri's safety, as well as the fear that he will be the one to hurt her as well. This, to me, sounds a bit like a moral OCD, but the difference here between OCD and psychosis is that he doesn't just fear the possibility that he will hurt her: he actually DOES hurt her. Many people with moral OCD fear that they might hurt someone despite the fact their whole fear revolves around the fact that they DON'T want that to happen. Tei isn't just afraid of it though, he is aware that it is actually possible because there is a part of him that does want to hurt Eri.
So that's why I think it's something involving psychosis. But every source I find about people who experience psychosis...is quite different to what Tei displays. Because in real life, a lot of people who experience psychosis will experience it for an extended period of time, possibly without any awareness that they are psychotic. Tei, however, seems to switch frequently in and out of psychosis, and is definitely aware that there are mutlitple conflicting ideologies inside his head.
Dissociative Identity Disorder
DID might actually make the most sense for Tei. And before you say "but he refers to all of these different states of mind as all himself", the defining characteristic of DID is that it is a discreet mental illness, which actively tries to prevent the person from realising that they are a system.
There is a lot of variety between systems. Some have total amnesia between identities, some have none or only share memories with specific alters. Some can switch very quickly, some find it difficult to switch. And most importantly, many people who are part of a system sometimes have difficulty knowing which alter they are because of this.
Mystic Messenger portrays DID as being quite stereotypical: Unknown has only two alters who front. One is good, the other is evil, and they are also distinctly different from each other, and it's incredibly easy to tell who is who. That's not an impossible portrayal of DID, but it's certainly not very common at all, and it's plenty more common to have WAY more than just two alters.
Dissociative identity disorder would explain a lot about Tei that the other labels didn't explain. For one, something that has always stuck out to me about Tei is how different his behaviour at the very beginning of his route is to his behaviour at the very end. At the start, he acts INCREDIBLY playful and teasing with Eri, throwing her over his shoulder, carrying her to the bathroom and joking about going in there with her. Yes, he starts to act more aloof towards the end because of how aware he is of how he inadvertently hurts her, but it still strikes me as interesting, because his actions at the start are so different that he's almost like a different person entirely.
Not only that, but he has always thought of himself as dirty and 'lesser' than Eri since before they met, so in his logic, he wouldn't deserve to be able to be so casual and playful with her, right? Or did he just lose control for a moment, which we see that he hardly ever does?
Conclusion
I'm not saying I'm right or that it's 100% certain that Tei is a system, you can disagree with me if you like, but I'm only going off of the evidence that's presented to us in the text and what I know about the real life mental illnesses that he displays the symptoms of. The reason why I was always hesitant to give him the label of psychotic despite all of the evidence that pointed to it is because his attitude towards his psychosis seems inaccurate to real life accounts of it, as he shows awareness surrounding it and seems to be able to 'switch' out of his psychotic state if Eri 'convinces' him well enough.
This behaviour makes the most sense if it is because of a difference of opinion in the alters. Some systems are able to switch between each other very quickly, and some have limited amnesia between each other's memories, so all of Tei's behaviour can be explained in this way.
Furthermore, these mental health issues are not exclusive to each other, and one person can have one, two, more or even all of these at the same time. In fact, having a disorder like DID makes it even more likely for one person to suffer from other mental health issues at the same time as well, so it's not even that rare either.
In my personal opinion, I do think that Tei has a combination of OCD, DID and possibly bipolar disorder. If anyone else has any other ideas though I would LOVE to hear!!!! ^^ Please let me know :3
This prompt was inspired by the Mystic Messenger character redesigns that I've seen!!! So I've just made some collages of outfits I think would suit the main characters of Nameless!!! ^^
Eri really likes the pink and cute kind of clothes. But Tei has styled her in a lot of ribbons and bows in a sort of ballerina style, so I thought she'd like quite frilly, cute clothes with bows :3
Lance, I feel like, prefers more practical and professional clothing, and I can definitely see him in a casual little polo, or wearing clothing with geometric shape patterns like diamonds or stripes. These looks are also inspired by the 'study aesthetic' idea too. If anyone else has seen The Inbetweeners, Lance kind of reminds me of Will a little bit, and I can see him wearing almost anything that Will does ngl
Yeonho I can see just so clearly in some kind of a 2020s alt TikTok look, whether kidcore or eboy or whatever. He's just got such a perfect little face for it. Something very softboy kind of thing. There's an outfit of mine specifically I have always associated with him, which is jeans (or denim shorts?) with a flower power kind of crop top that just says "love peace joy". I'm going to headcanon of him that if/when he ever gets his own room and gets access to a decent size wardrobe/personal storage, he would absolutely get into all this alternative kind of fashion ONLY because I personally want to dress him up in stuff like this myself-
For Yuri I actually wasn't too sure where to go, cuz he just doesn't seem like someone who'd be into much alt kind of fashion, and that's kind of the only fashion I know much about... I liked the above suit cuz he'd think it looks fancy and mature, and I like that top shirt too, mostly cuz of that belt and waist. But other than that, I like to think he'd enjoy some music-themed clothing? He'd think it was funny. And hell........maybe he would enjoy magical girl cosplay too lmao?
Tei feels like such an Autumn kind of a guy, very sweater heavy, very classy and mature but quite simplistic. I think the selling point about him is his personality and his face, so it's like he doesn't need to wear anything flashy in order to stand out. Like he'd look handsome in anything, so the plainer the better so it brings the attention to his face more. Plus, he's so.....cafecore......coffee and tea and stuff
RED though? Ok this is my favourite. His default outfit is purely, beautifully punk. I can ABSOLUTELY see him in the above punk outfits and that left one is him to a T. His stage outfit tho is also so pretty and when looking for that red Yuri suit, I stumbled upon the bottom right picture and OH MY GOD yes he'd love it. Especially the top right picture with the sword? It definitely makes him look like a prince who's come to rescue his princess. The one-sided capes are so cute for him, and it makes me think he'd love to have seen the Dandelion's outfits cuz he'd probably love all of them apart from Jiwoo's
