PREGNANCY IS ABOUT SO MANY THINGS, MOTHERHOOD, SACRIFICE, ACCEPTANCE, BODY CHANGES, MOOD SWINGS, AND A LOT MORE. MOOD SWINGS ARE ONE OF THE MAJOR CHANGES. 9 months of mood swings? Sounds scary right? But trust me with time it gets easier. Being a first-time single mom I am saying this from personal experience. The first two months going to be tricky but Secret super mummy is at your rescue. So here are 5 things which will help you with your pregnancy mood swings: 1. Get plenty of sleep – Getting proper sleep when pregnant is a must. A lot of working mothers really struggle with sleeping patterns. Not getting enough sleep will cause leg pain, irritation, and mood change which can lead to the emotional rollercoaster ride. 2. Eat well – Mothers who are from the entertainment industry, they maintain a diet to stay in perfect shape. I would recommend not to do that because eating plenty will keep your mood swings in check and will help with your baby‘s growth. 3. Go for a walk – Walking can really help with back pain. Also, you stay fit. If you are in your third trimester and baby is kicking way too much so walking is the answer. 4. Get a massage – Massages can soothe all kinds of pain. Usually, back pain can make you go crazy at times so massages are a must when pregnant. It can help you sleep and stay happy. Happy mom, happy baby. Before mentioning the last point, just know that at times mood swings can drive you nuts. You will not even realize that you are having one which will make you go insane even more. so, the last point is- 5. Talk to a friend– It’s really important to have that one friend who can understand you without judging because the most time you cry for no reason. So, it might not be easy for everyone to understand, what you’re going through. From personal experience, sharing and talking about things makes it easier for a single mama.
