((Oh man oh man oh man. I only got into Homestuck like a month or two ago, but I just found out about the Seerpak tier for the old kickstarter that ended ages ago! I read tarot on a daily basis, I have a couple older decks from friends and family but none of them look as awesome as the Seerpak deck.

It's Not a Myth

Today my boyfriend came out of the post office smiling and waving a cardboard tube decorated with familiar symbols.

It had been nine months since the kickstarter and on the day before we leave for Sydney Supanova, the first of my $380 Christmas gift arrived.  I had been repeatedly saying that I could have conceived and birthed a healthy baby in that time. My shirts wouldn't fit me anymore. I had seen things that I knew I would be getting, in person, belonging to people from the same destination, months and months ago. But now here I am. I am the proud owner of one enormous signed poster.

When I opened the tube, I quickly stuck my nose in and breathed in a shot of United States air. It smelled like cardboard. Looking through the stickers was pretty thrilling. I've put the prototyped PM sticker by arlir on my phone.

I can't believe it's finally happened.
