Thunder Blade

there are two authors involved in this soundtrack. Tohru Nakabayashi is alright. 

but Koichi Namiki is great

these chords have a sweet proggy flavor, and writing a song that takes 5 minutes to loop kinda implies the guy has some prog influences

honestly all of his tracks are worth listening to, enough so to give the entire soundtrack a rec.

Turbo Out Run

one of the iconic arcade games. it’s almost unreal to hear the original after hearing so many remakes. 

amazingly, for all of the cutbacks that it used, I think I prefer the Genesis version overall. 

this version of “Keep Your Heart“ is well worth hearing though
