Yogic Postures and Skeletal Muscles
YP (Yogic Arrangement) is defined as arrangement of body bulkhead with understanding and awareness. Ashtang Yoga explained by Mahamuni Patanjali elaborates YP in 3 Sutras. Ashtang Yoga is dedicated to perpend of mind & its discipline. Hathyoga elaborates various types of YP in detail. Hathyoga mainly concentrates on purification and strengthening of body.
