I wanted to share this as this is something I do to help me reground myself during a stressful time, also help me regulate blood pressure if I'm feeling nervous before getting pressure checked. I have to ask a doctor to give me a moment to do a bit of deep breathing (#9) because I'm always nervous at the doc's office. lol
