Spread around Emotional Eating
I just did a reading for myself about what I need to know about my emotional eating food cravings & Spirit confirmed that it is all in my emotions...I GOT ALL CUPS🤯
Here's the advice that I got based upon this spread:
• 4 of Cups - I'm being a bit of a brat and I'm allowing frustration & boredom from the 1st few days of being back on the Keto diet to affect me.
• 3 of Cups - Reaching out to a support group (like a FB group or joining a MeetUp.com group with similar interests) will give me a better sense of community and support as I'm embarking on this Keto weight-loss journey.
• 8 of Cups - I need to let go & walkway from behaviors and habits that no longer serve me because holding onto them will continue to keep me from reaching my goals.
• King of Cups - I need to be patient and nuture myself as I embark upon this weight loss journey. Learning to be supportive, balanced and stable within myself is what will help me reach my goals.
