San Myshuno’s most chaotic, charming apartment is finally getting its spotlight.
You’ve met Penny — now it’s Zoe’s turn. But she’s not navigating city life solo.
She shares her space (and occasionally, the last bagel) with three very different roommates — and somehow, it works.
✨Here’s who lives at 122 Hakim House:
🧡 Zoe Patel | 23
Cheerful | Goofball | Clumsy
Zoe found the roomies listing on a whim and, what started as a shared lease quickly became something closer to a chosen family.
She was drawn to the Arts Quarter - its creative spirit and city skyline are such a stark contrast to her sleepy hometown of Willow Creek. She moved to San Myshuno chasing change - not just scenery, but in herself.
Zoe is the heart of the apartment - always quick with encouragement, the first to organize game night, and the one who reminds everyone why they moved here in the first place.
🏋️J Huntington III
Bro | Ambitious | Noncommittal
J moved to the city with Uptown dreams and a Spice Market budget. He knew his old college roommate, Gavin, was moving to San Myshuno, so they decided to share a space to help make finances work. The arts quarter isn't exactly his vibe, but it's close to the gym, his new job, and... certain people. He won't admit it, but he's settling in.
His parents, who had helped him financially get through college, cut him off when they found out he was abandoning their hometown to move to the city in pursuit of an athletic career (he majored in business). They thought he would burn out of the city life within a month and come crawling back to them, but they couldn't have been more wrong. The downtown gym is his second home, he's slowly climbing ranks in his dream job, and J thinks he's doing pretty okay.

💻 Gavin Richards
Neat | Creative | Writer
Gavin graduated from university and decided he was going to finally focus on becoming a published author. His eyes were set on the Arts Quarter - where he would (hopefully) be able to brush shoulders with some of the most esteemed authors and publishers the city had to offer.
He's still adjusting to the bustle - but secretly it's exactly what he needed. He agreed to having roommates to allow him more time to focus on writing (without having to work a second job), and for the most part they keep him grounded, even if their antics sometimes throw off his writing schedule.
He's secretly documenting their shared life - though whether its a novel or a tell-all is still up in the air.
🎮 Mitchell Kalani
Bro | Outgoing | Lazy
Mitchell knew J through mutuals at the gym. One night he crashed on the couch - and then just... never left. He's not quite sure what he wants to do yet, but he is sure he makes a mean grilled cheese, and the couch here is so comfy.
He's the chill one of the apartment: easy to talk to, impossible to wake before 10, and always down for a movie night (as long as someone else picks the film). His snack stash is elite.
